The sensor detect change in rainfall within 0.5 seconds. You can keep driving without feeling the need to manually activate the wiper blades. Headlamp is activated by the sensor during heavy rainfall. The light sensor adjusts based on the downpour.
Smart Headlight Sensor will activate the headlights when the car enters low light areas such as tunnels for instance. This reduces blindspot areas. Smart Headlight Sensor also activates small light when entering areas the presence of natural light reduces such as at parking spaces. As the light presence reduces, the headlights will be turned on. When the car heads out of the parking areas and natural light presence increases, the car lights will automatically gets turned off.
